Much to my surprise, we ended up booking the cruise for $6K less than our previous best case scenario - which had been rejected by the cruise line. We are clearly very pleased!"

"Have taken over thirty cruises. Tried Jennifer at Bon Voyage a few years ago after less than satisfied with an agency I had been using for years. Have come back to her booking three cruises already and wish I had stayed with her a few years ago. Sharp, pleasant and gets what you want. Has provided extra on board credits which is nice. Often is able to get other perks as she works with the cruise lines. This is an update two years after this post. Since I posted this review, Jennifier has booked me on an addtional 200K in cruises.
